The principle of copper tube refrigeration in air conditioning is to use the thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance of copper tubes for refrigeration. The refrigerant in the air conditioner circulates between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. Through the heat transfer of the copper pipe, the indoor heat is absorbed into the refrigerant, and then the refrigerant is taken to the outdoor unit. The heat in the refrigerant is released through the process of compression and condensation, thereby achieving indoor cooling. 1, good thermal conductivity Copper is one of the metals of thermal conductivity, its thermal conductivity is about 30 times higher than steel, about 250 times higher than iron, which makes the copper tube can absorb and release heat faster when transferring refrigerant, thereby improving the refrigeration efficiency of air conditioning. 2, good corrosion resistance Copper has good corrosion resistance, can resist the erosion of air, water, acid, alkali and other chemical substances, thus extending the service life of air conditioning. 3, good processing performance Copper pipe has good plasticity and machinability, can be bent, cut, welding and other processing methods according to the need, so as to adapt to different installation environment and air conditioning design requirements. 1, copper pipe aging After a long time of use, copper pipe is prone to aging, resulting in leakage and cooling effect decline. The solution is to replace the copper pipe. 2, copper pipe corrosion In a humid environment, copper pipe is susceptible to corrosion, resulting in a decrease in refrigeration effect. The solution is regular cleaning and anti-corrosion treatment. 3, leakage at the copper pipe connection Copper pipe connection is prone to leakage, resulting in a decrease in refrigeration effect. The solution is to re-encrypt the copper pipe connection to ensure tightness. 4, copper pipe bending too much Copper pipe is prone to cracks or deformation when bending too much, resulting in leakage and cooling effect decline. The solution is to avoid excessive bending, or replace the copper pipe with a new one. 5, the copper pipe cleaning is not thorough if there is dirt and foreign matter inside the copper pipe, it will affect the cooling effect. The solution is to regularly clean the inside of the copper pipe to ensure that it is clean and free of impurities.
