Brass tube can be used for a long time, copper chemical reaction conditions are relatively high, can be used in a very cold and high temperature and pressure environment, and will not be burned or corroded, can be used in a variety of environments for a very long time. The time of the brass tube can be the same as the life of the building, and sometimes it will be extended, such as the copper pipe installed in a hospital in Beijing in the 1920s of the last century, after more than 70 years, it can still be used normally. There are many processing methods for radiator copper tubes, but they can be divided into two categories: hot processing and cold processing. Such as extrusion manufacturing tube billet, diagonal rolling perforation and other methods are heating the tube billet to much higher than the recrystallization temperature of copper for deformation processing, so as to obtain the tube billet. The tube billet is made by cold rolling and cold drawing at normal temperature. This traditional technique has not changed for many years. So far, the extrusion method is still used mainly, which is a traditional copper tube billet method, the production process is to melt and cast electrolytic copper into solid ingots, and then heated to more than 850 in the heating furnace, one by one into the extruder to extrude the tube billet, and then through cold rolling or multiple times straight stretching to the disc stretching required tube billet. Extrusion can be divided into high extrusion ratio and low extrusion ratio, both of which have fine grain structure and good surface quality. The tube blank with high extrusion ratio has smaller specifications and thinner wall thickness, and can be processed directly in continuous direct machine or disc drawing machine
